Does it matter in what kind of bank I want to open debit account?

I have a choice between ICBC and Agricultural Bank of China.
I want to open in China because currently I am in Shanghai.
ICBC stands for Industrial and Commercial Bank of China.
I want to use the bank account for Paypal transactions and also daily use.
If you have no idea about Chinese banks then reference it to, choice between Agricultural Bank of America and Industrial Bank of America.

Hi, my dear, I have both of them in Shanghai. Overall speaking, ICBC seems to be more official for its online payment platform. The dynamic password card of ICBC is more convenient than that of ABC, as ABC need us to download some software and install it in our computer. It seems troublesome.
