Is GEM grading reliable for Baseball cards?
I recently bought an 82 Topps Traded Ripken card…it was rated a GEM mint 10, how reliable is that compared to Beckett and PSA…
If I want it regraded by one of the latters, how do you send cards…what is the safest way?
1st…What kind of case should I put the cards in?
2nd…how should I package them?

With everything in life, there are reputable and less than reputable services. GEM company is not as accurate or reliable as PSA or Beckett. They tend to overestimate the card grade. You would be better off going with the trusted leaders in card grading, PSA and Beckett with the later being the epitomy of excellence.
